Studies performed with JBiclustGE API

In order to evaluate the comprised algorithms and the implemented features, several studies using both synthetic and real datasets were performed. Some examples of the results obtained in this analysis are available in the links below. Currently, we are waiting for the approval of a manuscript that was submitted to a scientific journal, describing the results obtained in this analysis. However, all the results will be made available after the consideration of the journal.
